Challenge: How to break out of the pattern of new tech coming into the hospital, getting used for 1 year then sitting on a shelf when updates don’t get made and staff changes over and nobody knows how the tech works.
Solution: A larger platform partnering a hospital with a tech company over the long term to create innovation in the hospital through co-creation and collaboration.
